Help with Motors for phantom advance 3

need help determining motor I need I see comments on new and old style motors (a) do both fit all ? How do I tell which I need. Also I assuming cow and counter close wise is looking down at the emblem on the housing ?

You should replace the motor with the same version you have now. Otherwise, you'll need to replace all of the motors and the center board too.

CW motors are black on top. CCW motors are silver on top.

Here's what the old (2312) and new (2312A) motors look like:

No ...if you have the old style motors, your Phantom's mainboard and ESCs is not compatible with the new style motors.
