Help needed - No Video

Hi All,

first time post, long(ish) time stalker/reader of this forum!

Started up my P3 4K yesterday and it said it needed an update... so downloaded and started then got the message saying that could not find memory card. Checked card, reformatted, no difference, tried a different card. Then bought a new card and inserted today and it's no different.

Bird started up, Gimbal "does it's thing" and can be calibrated but no video feed to app (ios and android versions). App reports ready to go (app 3.1.4, version 1.5.4.0).

I've removed the drop pins and disconnected and re-connected the cables to no avail.

Any suggestions of what to do next?

Brand new card comes up with 0mb available and no option to format via DJI go, camera settings grey out after a fraction of a second, via litchi the option to format appears but doesn't appear to do anything ...green light flashing on front.....so perhaps need to be patient?
