GL300E wont turn off.

I have been using P4 Pro + for 2 years.

For no identifiable reason, the power off button will not power off.
It will power on ok, but will not turn off

Normally when you double press the power butting, it beeps, and then the white lights turn off in sequence.
When i double press the power button to power off, the back light on the button registers the press, but the remote does not initiate power off.

Any ideas, work around ?

Maybe try downgrade / upgrade of software and/or firmware to attempt a reset? Really don’t know, just tossing that out there. Have you called DJI tech support?

maybe remove the battery and put back in to see if that works
