After my phantom powers on, the camera comes up level and then drops to 45° angle and then the gimbal shakes for 2 seconds. Has anyone else had this happen or know how to stop it? It does it every time I power it on.

This is surprisingly normal. It happens to basically everybody here. I created a post about it a few days ago when I first got my vision as well... 
As long as it moves up and down when connected with the app, you are good to go!
