Gimbal H3-3D caught on fire

Hello All:

I have had issues with my gimbal. First, during fly it king like got desconnected and got stuck facing up like filming the drone itself. Second it stopped moving, I´d turned on the phantom and the gimbal didn´t move at all. After that I took it home and plug it to the PC it started and I was able to move it from remote control, suddenly I turned around and start smelling like a short cut, and there was a flame in the gimbal like when you recharge your zippo and light it up.

Does anyone have had a similar situation?

Have the phantom been compromised?

It only has 2 months of being purchased. Is there any warranty to cover this?. If not, will I be able to buy the damage chip?This happened at home what would happen if it light up in the air?

How can this be prevented?
