Getting Image but not Connecting to AC

I posted this in the P4P forum, but posting here as well in case this is an issue across all Phantoms:

I don't know if "fully linking" is the right wording, but here's the deal:

Brand new P4+: Updated FW, P4 & remote to current versions. Linked RC and all that.

The image will come up on the screen, GPS Ready to Go, gimbal tilt works but that's it. Won't show battery voltage or connect with the AC in any other way. I'm sure there's a stupid simple fix so I am appealing to the wisdom of the crowd.

Not my video, but this is the exact thing happening to me. I've seen several posts and videos with the same issue, but no solutions. Bleh!
