Two questions for this illustrious and intelligent group. Has anyone heard any updates from DJI on the installation of RID for the Phantom 4 Pro v2? Secondly, in an update sometime in the past the ability to further the front red LEDs on and off with the C1 or C2 buttons was taken away. FSN that option be restored?

DJI announced a few months ago that P4P v2 would get a firmware update to comply with RID. But they said it would arrive by the end of the year!
I’ll stand by on that update to better understand what will be in the package after the reports come in. Wouldn’t surprise me if there are other tidbits in the package that I don’t need. This RID debacle hasn’t scared me enough to start on a path to nowhere.
Hi, I have post over at Phantom 4 Reconstruction where I have a very sorry Phantom 4 Pro that I will attempt to rebuild.
Is there any diagnostic software that will act like that on a car to tell me what is systems are working or not working so I can get an idea of how hard / expensive this exercise will be.
