Since I loaded the new firmware my drone would not fly correctly because the sensors are telling it theres something in the way and downward sensors not working correctly so doesn't want to land very well either. I posted the question On here a couple times and have had a couple people give me some ideas but I thought I should just go to DJI and have them answer and ultimately help me get it working. I have never been more frustrated in my life. Most of the time I can't understand what they're even saying. They ask a question I answered they asked me the same question again. Two minutes later they ask me the same question again. I have called him five times the just run around in circles it's just a waste of my time.
My drone flies perfectly if I turn off my enable sensors. I loaded DJI assistant two in order to calibrate the sensors which someone On here told me to do and also I talked to drone nerds they told me the same. Whenever I try to go to calibrate , the calibrate now button won't light up and it has a spinning status wheel next to it. I'm not sure exactly what I should do but I have unloaded the software reload it it, reset the computer, and also loaded the assistant for the spark which DJI told me to do and said that that would fix the problem and it still does the same thing. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Please help me. It flew perfectly before the update. Phantom 4

Only thing I can suggest is to refresh the firmware on it. Sometimes it takes a couple of goes to get all of the internal modules to upgrade properly...

They had me do that a couple times, then reset factory, then upgrade again and still can't calibrate. I told one of the techs that whenever I turn the sensors off then the drone flies perfectly but flies like it's in sport mode, he said oh well do that then! I have course informed him that no those sensors are on there for a reason and I want him to work and they worked fine before the firmware update.

This is being discussed in below link and you have already seen it probably. Would say either you wait for next firmware fix or go thru special non DJI process made by smart guys to restore previous firmware. Read the posts to judge if you're comfortable to do this.
