DJI repair problems

Hello
I am not sure how to handle a issue I am having with my phantom 4 Pro plus
I crashed my drone and sent it back for DJI refresh repair they repaired the drone and sent it back when I got it my camera was taking blurry out of focus shots.
I sent it back they claimed they replaced the camera and the gimbal bit it’s still taking out it focused shots
I have defaulted the camera, reformatted the SD.
For example if I hold my camera 12 inches from my face a take a picture is full light you can not tell my eye color or tell pick out strands of hair on my beard.
For a 20MP camera it’s pretty pour.

Any ideas??

Can you post a picture. A pure blurry picture implies a lens issue. Not to be too simplistic, but have you removed any protective cover on the lens? If they replaced the camera, there will be a clear plastic film that needs to be removed.

Also, check the lens to be certain is is clean. The lens can be removed and inspected separate from the camera.

Let us know any findings or updates.
