I got my phone bill the other day and noticed I was charged for calling DJI COSTUMER SERVICE 1818-235-0789.
(For USA and Canada)
I was on phone for over 2 hours, 110 minutes of that was being on hold.
$85.00 long distance charge with no resolution to my problem.
At the end of the day it's my fault for not realizing it was not a toll free number. after spending almost $3000.00 on P4P+ you would think they would provide a toll free number.
Has anyone experienced this nightmare.
