DJI Assistant 2

When I try downloading DJI Assistant 2, it takes forever and I can't open it after it downloads. I have the Assistant, but can't get the "2" The Assistant opens to only give me a choice of the A2 or Ronin and won't let me change to the P4P.
Not tech savvy, so be kind, please.
