Distorted picture

Hi all
Ok so I extracted this image from a short video I made and the water tower looks distorted like it's leaning almost like the scene was taken with a fish eye lens.
From my understanding the lens is 20mm roughly equivalent of 35mm.
Is this because it's a frame from a video ? Unfortunately I did not take any pictures just the video.
What am I missing.

It’s more noticeable in pictures but lightroom does a great job of fixing it!
