Deleting cache from RC and how to transfer photos and videos from rc to iPhone

We were out today flying our phantom 4 pro plus and on the controller it kept saying video cache is full. I don’t understand this as we have a massive memory card in the aircraft. Please tell me how and what a cache is? How do I fix this? Is this a memory issue?

Also how do we transfer videos or photo straight from remote Control to iPhone.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The cache in your remote is separate than the SD card in the drone. The cache takes low resolution images, you don’t want to use them, use the ones on the SD card

I set my cache settings to auto delete so i don’t get those warnings.

I think the cache files are only meant as previews to the full size images/video on SD CARD, at least that is how I view them.
