In November 2016 my Phantom 4 suffered a firmware update failure, it sat there for over an hour doing nothing. Neither DJI GO Or DJI Assistant 2 is able to rectify this:
The failed firmware update turned my aircraft into a brick. The nice man from DJI online support says if it’s DJI’S fault DJI will pay for the repair:
He referred me to a page to log the fault, so now I’m expected to post the drone from the UK to the Netherlands on the off chance DJI will take responsibility and foot the bill. What do we reckon?
