It's amazing how close you were to saving it, so it seemsOK OK, I'll go first. Phantom 2 repaired and back in action. I think one of the motors just decide to call it quits.

In every crash I had seen the bird was violently thrashing the ground after impact. I told myself if it ever happened to me I would perform a CSC before I hit the ground. Well that's what I did.... Then I thought, "what if I didn't do it!!!" So I did it again..that's what you see it the video. Then I had to do it again to shut it down for good.Love the bit when the drone chops into the snow.
Thats exactly what I did. CSC to shut it down, did it again, realised that If it shut down the first CSC it would have started again
when I did the second so did Another. Meanwhile the drone was chopping into the dirt.
Dji should make a message to tell us if the bird is shut down. Or make it automatically shut down if motors get obstructed for more than 4 seconds.
Here are three of mine.
Phone cables were in the way.
Trees just love quads.
I kept trying to pull back watching your soccer shot headed straight to the woods.
Here it is, We have very poor internet plans in outback Australia so had to wait till the plan rolled over to upload. So where's that video hiding.
LOL, yeah but I turned the quad a good 15-20 feet before the tree with right stick forward so it should have had plenty of time to fly away from the branch. You think maybe that tree you hit had something to do with it.![]()
Ouch! Good flying until that last tree. On my P2, I would have looked at my controller switches to see if I accidentally switched to ATTI modeHere it is, We have very poor internet plans in outback Australia so had to wait till the plan rolled over to upload.
Not sure why it crashed, it just kept flying sideways when I turned.
Broke gimble yaw arm and cable.
