Will the Phantom 3 pro/adv controller work with a Phantom 3se? If so, are there any advantages to switching from the single antenna to the dual? Longer range?

Even P3SE controller has dual antenna, they antennas are hidden in the controller house. The external antenna is just for connection to your mobile device, not for connection to the AC
"Just Wondering"...why do we even need that center antenna on the RC.....Gee the tablet or cell phones ONLY a few inches away !

Thats weird about the center stick antenna....IF it merely ONLY transmits back and forth to the table or phone a few inches away.......why IS it even their ! I'm really confused about that single stick external antenna !
You can of course test it very easily. By means of a piece of aluminum foil to fold this stick antenna you know immediately whether the antenna affects your flight results.
The connection with your phone / tablet will always remain good. It is so incredibly close to your remote that no connection problems can arise.
