How can I find out what my phantom is using either CE or FCC?

its automatic depending on your location, if your flying in the states then you would be in FCC, un EU then CE.

Anybody that knows the milliWatt on the Phantom 3 when in FCC mode and in CE mode?
The DJI wiki page only says:

• Transmitter Power (EIRP): FCC: 20 dBm / CE: 16 dBm

So how does that translates in milliWatt ?
