You set your thread title to show a P3S, but your post says P3A.
If you do indeed have a P3A, then yes you can use your iPad and goggles at the same time BUT you need the HDMI module installed on your RC.

Once its installed, connect your iPad to the module's USB connected and goggles to the module's HDMI connector. There is also a setting in the app that will show once the module is installed.

The same HDMI output module works on P3A, P3P, and P4's other than the + version of course.
