Looking at a tablet but it doesn't have Bluetooth is that a problem?
I have a p3s

Not a problem. Just look at the list of devices and choose one to be safe. My tablet is not listed (galaxy s2 9.7), but it works.

You only need to plug it in using a usb cable and a gps is good to have but optional
Bluetooth doesnt have a function with dji products and would creat unnecessary interference anyways
