I was wondering which seller has the best return policy and would ship the fastest. Is there anyone that has the best of both worlds?

Seriously though, best return policy would be either Amazon.com or Apple store. Both accept returns within 30 days with no questions asked as long as you will ship it back in 'as new' condition. Don't expect to crash it and then just return like nothing happened.
As for fastest shipping, it could be any dealer, depending on how many preorders they received vs how many units they ordered from DJI vs DJI manufacturing capacity. Nobody would answer that question for you. But again, judging from previous sales, Apple seemed to have certain priority on the Phantoms.
Most 'fulfilled by Amazon' orders have a minimum 30-day return policy. Most Amazon vendors are indicating a 10-31 ship date and 'guaranteed' 11-2 delivery if ordered with 2-day shipping.
DJI offers a pretty stingy 7-day return but might ship sooner, or maybe they will hold all shipments until the end of October like the others, who knows.

I'm located in Los Angeles. And it seemed like the magic lamp worked. I ended up ordering the Magic from Crutchfield due to the 2 month return policy. I am not sure when I'll get it but I do get a couple months to decide if I want to keep it or not, as long as I don't crash it.

That's probably not actually the case since they include the following line in their return policy:
"Crutchfield may refuse a customer return or charge a restocking fee when the returned item is not like new."
If you're planning on doing something like this, you might want to contact Crutchfield ahead of time to find out exactly what condition the Mavic must be in when returning it.
Crutchfield is usually reasonable with their returns. Ordered lots of audio equipment from them in the past and they work with you if you are not satisfied.
Obviously, if Mavic would be crashed or even scratched, they may start asking questions, so extra care may be in order. But that comes with almost all vendors.

How is Crutchfield still in business? They used to be the best before the internet boom. Crazy to think trying to survive with Audio stuff from a catalog

Crutchfield specializes in more curated product marketing. You always have access to their specialists who actually know the products, can discuss with you the deployment strategy and troubleshoot installation. And their prices are very competitive, even compared to someone like Amazon. They usually sell only from manufacturers with strict MSRP guidelines, so when it comes to deciding on, for example, the latest AV receiver and setting it up for the first time in your house, Crutchfield wins far and away. Your alternatives are either going through local AV store and pay three times the amount, or go with BestBuy/Amazon, pay same or very similar price and figure everything out on your own. When it comes to the latest technologies, this is not always self-explanatory.
This is the return policy for the Mavic when I contacted them " It has the same 60 day return policy as the other items that we sell except that the drone can't have any damage, the propellers has to be in mint condition and the camera has to have less than 300 shots taken."
