Bad Gimbal Roll

So I have a really bad case of Gimball Roll... i've calibrated the gimbal, the imu, everything under the sun I could think of. Anyone else have this problem and if so were you able to fix it? I have left the gimbal lock on a couple times when powering it on, so I'm hoping that didn't break it someone.

the camera is pointed below the horizon line but you can see how clearly off it is. adjusting the gimbal roll only seems to really fix it half the time

You should check the shaft alignment of the roll motor. Better view few YouTube videos on it. I'm sure you should be able to fix this issue.
