Are the P3 and P4 motors the same size?

I want to buy some motor guards for my P4. Basically a silicone cover to protect them from damage / pressure from my case. I had a set for my P3 which were great! I haven't seen any P4 guards up of sale yet, so I am wondering if I can buy P3 ones and use them?

The P3 and P4 motors are different part numbers, but they are the same width.
