Altitude data in the subtitle video

When using program that can show subtitle flight info like VLC it shows altitude barometer data instead of feet. How do I change to feet or convert the barometer pressure to feet? Thanks

I am a nubie and may have wrong thread. Apologies first.
I really need to know "correct" above sea level altitude in order to "measure objects at sea level.
Can someone please tell me where I can get DJI documentation that advises:
1. How altitude is determined in the P3 Professional ( using the Barometer or GPS Z value .. or both as a DJI rep said on a thread somewhere) ?; and
2. the error margin on vertical data ?

Without accurate altitude data - or a accurate error margin, my project is nonexistent.
