Active track wont follow

So I hit active track in p mode. I was able to find a person or car and it locks but the phantom 4 will only stay and one spot and spin to follow. It won't actually move and follow the tracked item. I can only manually follow them with the remote while the camera just centers them and keeping them in focus? It there something I'm missing? Why wont it actually move and keep a steady distance on its own?

There is a soft button : Follow..... Be very careful using it. Make sure altitude is above ALL surrounding objects. (Litchi app experience)

You need to make sure you hit the green go box next to the tracked subject. Otherwise it will just track but not move.

yep, there should be a green box surrounding the subject and a green go icon next to the box

You have to click the OK button after you identify the subject for the P4 to actually start the process
