Great video with a whole lot going on. I'd do 2 versions, a friends and family one with all the selfie/personal shots and a travelogue one with the great effects and scenery without all the friends and family shots. YMMV

Assuming your phone has cellular data and wifi, have you tried setting up a hot spot with your phone and logging into that? Would probally be slow but has worked for me.

Is this a second generation one? I was under the impression (perhaps in error) that it had to be hard wired to a DJI Controler or the like, not just a Bluetooth connection.

That might have been the civil fine but if the pilot owns ANYTHING or has a job he will most likely be paying MUCH more than that after Jacoby and Meyers gets done with him.
