    Glad it helped...the bird side antenna mod is also very cheap and simple, maybe something else you might consider. The p3 advanced antennas increase wifi strength and imo decreases loss of wifi signal with changes in direction [emoji6]also helped me quite a bit

    Thnking about buying a new P3S shell.

    I did this recently also, went very smoothly...I'm pretty sure the newer shells have improved reinforcements around the motors, but the reinforcement plates can't hurt. Not sure if by loose motor you mean it actually isn't solid in the mount, or it spins more freely than the others

    That's about what I was getting with same exact setup. I decided to give the ITelite dbs antenna a try and was very happy I did...5000-6000ft regularly! Sold the ARGtek to make up for some of the cost of the upgrade[emoji6]
