Anyone know of a list of Rules for drones in the U.S? Nevermind the registration, the 400 feet, LoS, etc but some things I have only learned from other pilots. But is there an official list of Rules book for what s not permitted when flying a hobby drone?

The Litchi app was not telling me the battery was too cold. I decided to see what would happen using the go app and once I saw the warning I knew that was the problem. The aircraft also had to warm a bit but I did not get or could not see any warming needed warning on the Litchi app. Either way...

I am trying to use the controller from my first P3S with my newest P3S. I was able to link them. I have control of the gimbal and I am connected with the litchi app but the motors will not fire up so I can not take off. Am I forgetting something? Thanks
