Windows movie maker output a square for 1080 60 fps

Hello,

For some reason when I went to upload my video from movie maker with the settings

1920 x 1080
60 fps

to youtube the video doesn't take up the entire screen when watching it.

I haven't had this problem before and I have used the same output settings.
