Video plays only in the DJI Fly app

But when I try to play it on my iPad OR laptop PC....... it will not even recognize or play the video

My guess is you shut down the Phantom without first turning off the recording button. Put the card back in the Phantom, turn the Phantom on for 10 seconds or so it can finish writing to the video, and then turn it off. You should be good to go then.

I bet you are 100% correct. Thank you and I will give it a try ??

Either that or you recorded using the h265 codec. Do you know whether you used h264 or h265?
