Video Jitter on Gimbal

Hi Fellow pilots, I am having an issue with my P3S. I get up and down jitter when shooting video. I added a Snake ND filter and counter weighted the gimbal so that it was near level and balanced. I auto calibrated the gimble . This was prior to the recent firmware upgrade. I noticed that when moving at slow speeds no jitter at higher speeds there is jitter. Here is link to the video

It must be wind load, because after I turned around I was headed into the wind. Jitter was terrible. I did get a gimbal overload warning. Any suggestions? Need to rebalance?
