Turn Battery On Before Charging at 95%+

I normally don't keep charged batteries, but didn't use one the other day which I'll use tomorrow morning. It's at 99%. I remembered the DJI manual says to turn batteries on for charging if at it's 95% or more. Was wondering the reason why.

I see that it won't charge at that level until you power it on. Learn something new every day.
