reflash error

I've tried reflashing my wifi module, and I'm getting the same loop over and over. I did try erasing the NAND but got the same loop. Any ideas?

This happened to me once. Try desoldering and then cleaning up all the contacts and then start over with nice clean concise solder connections. That's what made mine finally flash. Good luck

I replaced all the leads and got the same thing. Bad chip, maybe?

Maybe. But it is more likely that the TX line is shorted or not connected (path damaged or too much/too little solder under the chip).
Is the USB-to-TTL known good? These things are usually cheaply made.

I’ve ordered a new TTL just in case. I’ve been using that for quite some time. I’ll check the USB cord as well

I got 2 USB <> TTL and sometimes it happens that one of them (randomly) misbehaves. Sometimes there are transmission issues, so a pc reboot might help.

Rebooting the computer did the trick! Thank you all for your help!
