Recording Audio With Ipad

Hello there, has anyone had any luck with getting the video and audio off the iPad (if audio was recorded with the video) when I try to download the video from the P4P to my iPad an error message pops up saying I can only download from drone to iPad if the format is h246...my Go4 apps video settings are set to this format? Any one have the same issue.
