Problem with updating phantom 4 rtk

I am trying to up date the firmware on a phantom 4 RTK with the RTK remote. I downloaded assistant for phantom from DJI but the aircraft will not connect to the computer. I tried the controller and all worked good but when I connect to the port on the aircraft nothing happens. Has anyone has this problem? I tried it on a Mac and on a windows computer and got the same thing. Thanks for the help
