Problem with Phantom 3 Professional Firmware 1.4.0010

Hi People, we have a problem with our Drone here:

Phantom 3 Professional Firmware 1.4.0010

- Update to 1.5.0030 Doesn’t work by putting the file onto the SD-card and start the drone. Blinking yellow only.
- Update to 1.6.0040 Doesn’t work by putting the file onto the SD-card and start the drone. Blinking yellow only.
- When SD-Card is in the the camera and camera is connected to the computer, it does not show up. (under Linux not even the device-file is showing up)
- Try to format the card insight the camera, using the app in the phone - not working.

- SD-Card in the computer is working fine.
- Cable is working fine.
- Updates for Phone and Remote working fine.

Might this being a major problem of the drone itself?

Review these instructions to ensure you're installing the firmware properly.

I'll add that if you continue to have issues you may try formatting the sd card with your drone via the go app and then make sure you place the bin in the root directory.

Sounds like it's either the sd card or the reader in the drone that's bad. Put in the stock sd card with the 1.6 .bin file and see if it works. If it doesn't then you have a bad sd card reader in the phantom.
