PHP or PHP+

I'm considering buying a Phantom Pro 4 due to its superior camera quality.
My eyes are definitely not what they used to be, so here's my question to others with a similar problem:

Do I buy the PHP4 and use my fullsize iPad Air as monitor due to the bigger screen, although not as bright -

Or do I buy the PHP4+ woth the much smaller, but much brighter screen built in.

I'd like to go to a store and see the difference for myself - is that possible? I live in NYC.

Maybe check with your local Apple store to see if they have any on display.

It may not be important to you,but bear in mind you cannot load any 3rd party apps on to the integrated screen, so no Litchi or Autopilot.
As I say it may not matter to you, but for some it is a deal breaker.
