I am having issues when I view footage on my desktop PC.
If viewed on a mac, or phone the footage ends up being fine.

I have downloaded Codec Packages and using VLC player.
The ground or edges of objects have a pizelation or silvery line almost as if gpu rendering. All of my windows updates are up to date and GPU driver.
Here are a few examples as its even transferring to YouTube.
