Just bought a new phantom 3 professional the Intel battery has charged OK. Tried to charge controller and got one flashing white light for a few seconds then nothing....the remote has low battery so is not fully charged and the charger has about 17.4v output. .........please help!!!!!!

First thing I would do is try a different charger. You said the battery charged Ok but maybe it's the cord for the remote.

try to push it into the plug further
it fits very tightly and tends to stop a bit soon
soit needs some effort after the intial pause
when in, it should be black plastic flush to rc case

Tried pushing the plug in....it starts charging and then stops after about 30 seconds grrrr!!!!!
