Phantom 3 pro no wifi blinking yellow

Please help, I'm sure it's on here already somewhere but I'm in a jam. I do weddings but luckily was raining this past weekend but have one in another week.

Drone not dropped or crashed just sitting in box for a while

Took out to get ready for wedding last week.

No wifi coming up. It's blinking yellow after it blinks red yellow green quickly.

Controller also won't connect to my iPhone tried 3 different cables

I tried firmware update and log file said success but also said duplicate detected-aborted.

I couldn't get controller to take the update no beeps or blinking lights.

I can move the camera via the controller with wheel but drone cannot take off


Not sure if I read something about possibly demagnitizing compass?

Yes I'm at version 2.8. Cannot connect my iPhone to the controller to get the charging symbol so I'm essentially blind. App opens and seems to be ready to connect.

I cannot see the drone on wifi

Not sure if it's more then 1 issue.

Ok well my controller is not detecting my iPhone nothing happens anymore when I plug it in.

Question: don't you have to select your drone from your wifi detected list to connect to be able to see in App?

You only need wifi or a satellite connection to load satellite maps.

The controller updates through the go app if you have the latest version installed

My iPhone is not connecting to my controller I've tried 3 cables. Already updated the App to 2.8 on my phone to try.

Had no idea thought it had to be with cable from controller into phone. I'll tinker with it now then

Nothing happened it's still blinking

Keep in mind I never crashed it. It was just in its box for a few weeks.

Yes it says 2.8.0
