Phantom 3 error and droppep into lake

So today i was starting a normal flight with my p3 pro it was in the air about 30 seconds an dropped straight down. The phantom was flying normally and suddenly it started to wiggle and spin in the app it said no gps signal, was not responding and the gimbal was glitching too it was going up and down very rapidly. Have the flight data (LUCKILY) to show, there was not eny pilot mistakes
