Placed my order with Apple on 9/28 and the status has just updated today to reflect "preparing shipment" The extra batteries were still showing Nov for shipping however, the extra props and Mavic appear to be arriving very shortly.
Perhaps this may cause some excitement for those anxious buyers

From what I understand, DJI is not shipping the units from China until the 15th. It should be anywheres from 2 days to a week to get it into your hands.
