p4pv2 connects but no control

Had the p4pv2 for a cple weeks now, still not flying. The controller connects to the quad, (green light on) , but no control or camera. Have re-linked several times, no change. Waiting to here from dealer. Happy flying ! Ric

Man that sux,does rc calibration or imu do anything to help,no control sounds bit out there,I be on the phone if nothing happens for exchange,should work right out of the box

Try reloading the GJI G4 App. It would help knowing your OS and current DJI GO4 App. I've had the same problem.

Edit: Try different USB cables. Even though your Remote and Aircraft are connected a bad USB cable will not allow your PP4V4 Go Fly to be usable!
