Received my drone around a month ago. After consulting with DJI on four different occasions and also calling B&H Photo's technical department for DJI drones I am still not able to update my firmware. The technician at B&H photo suggested that I return my drone, I would rather not do that so if anybody out there can help me figure this out I'd really appreciate it. Just to let you know there's no link on the DJI Go 4 app home screen just a notification that the firmware needs updating. When you hit that it just instructs to hook up the USB cable to the drone. So then I installed the DJI Assistant and that has failed repeatedly to work.
Seems to me that there must have someone else with this issue too. Difficult to believe I'm the only one with this issue. And remember this is the plus with its own built in monitor.
