The white, American Pelicans, you chased are protected under the MBTA (Migratory Bird Treaty Act). Your harassment, (causing an entire flock to fly away) would probably get you in some trouble with federal authorities. If I had filmed that I think I would be careful about posting it online. There are plenty of people out there who would be upset about that, and would put even more blame on drone pilots. We don't need that.
