P4 Pro 16 MP Images instead of 20MP

Hey guys, having problems with my photos on my phantom 4 Pro.
Whats happening is that I shoot in RAW and then take my picture onto my computer. At this time my pictures are like 940 X 480 or something along those lines. Then I edit it in Lightroom and export as a .TIFF or a JPEG but my photos come out as 5464 x 3070 which is 16MP, not 20MP.
Please help would be greatly appreciated.

The 940 x 480 image is an embedded thumbnail for preview purposes
The camera shoots 3 different image formats:
3:2 Aspect Ratio: 5472 × 3648 = 20MP
4:3 Aspect Ratio: 4864 × 3648 = 17.7 MP
16:9 Aspect Ratio: 5472 × 3078 = 16.8MP

Select 3:2 aspect ratio for the largest images your camera can shoot.
