P3P 4k Firmware Restore

Hi Pilots,
Needing some help to restore firmware on my P3P 4k to a better state please.
App is version 3.1.68
Aircraft is version 1.8.80plus
Remote is version 1.9.2
Camera is version 1.6.40
How do i go about downgrading and upgrading back to get everything back to normal.
All help and hands is greatly appreciate, Happy and prosperous 2022 everyone

Why did you do a firmware change in the first place?
This has been discussed many times before, have a look at these threads, might help.

I have read the instructions twice and fallow them every step so here is a copy of my log file. Double click on it and it will download.
Kindly let me know what is confirmed
App version 3.1.68

Remote Control version 1.9.2
On my iphone i get a flashing message Aircraft requires an update.

Me too, downgraded aircraft firmware to 1.10.90
