obstacle avoidance not active

have any of you had your p4's obstacle avoidance just not work when the battery gets around 40%? this happened to me tonight, i noticed when i tried to do tapfly it wouldnt work because it said obstacle avoidance not active or something, it said restart the aircraft, it was on during the whole flight. thought this was bazaar.

You sure you did not accidentally flip the switch off P setting?

no i never did, will the flight log have that information?
