New RC doesn't charge

Hi, I have a problem with my new RC Phantom 3 Advanced, yesterday I received it and today i want to charge it but does not charge, it only turns on a white bulb and then the red light up and starts to make noise (beeping).

I don't know what to do

Are you using the charger adapter and/or cable that came with the RC???

You don't have to turn on your RC for charging. Beeps come if you turn on RC and it's not connected with aircraft.

Try to plug it into RC with a little force and try it again.

Beeps also come when RC battery is low and connected. Screen also indicates low RC Battery.
