New ESC board - No Flying

I hit a branch and Phantom tipped forward. Burned out ESC board. Ordered new ESC for Vision 2 and got ESC V2.0 . Changed ESC but now motors will not start. Serail #PH645420185 V3.0

When fired up Green light flashes then Yellow Flashes. When pulling levers down to start the Red Lights flash 4 or 5 times. The old ESC board has no V number on board.

Do I have wrong ESC or is there another fix for this problem.

you don't want to have mismatch of the ESCs.
but i don't think your issue is the ESC not allowing motors not to start.
if the red light flashes 4-5 times it may be that your GPS unit died when crashed.
plug the bird in the USB and run P2 application and go to Upgrade tab and look in the GPS line.
are there any numbers like 6.1.xxx or are there all zeros?

if zeros then your GPS unit is toast.

Thanks I tried to edit my post. I did not have GPS plugged in. Plugged it in and it fired right up with all motors turning. Thanks for your reply.

I read article from DJI and they said ESC board was compatible. I just did a little test hover outside and it worked fine. Did not want to do a full flight check as we have this problem of snow on the ground Sucks to live in the Northern Hemisphere.
