I have a company drone, Phantom 4Pv2, but these pictures were made with my first drone, a Mavic Air, with a shutter speed priority of 1/600 sec. Then processed using Corel Paint Shop Pro 2020.

They really came out well, the mavic has a good camera..

Not a good idea to fly that close to nesting birds.

They probably tolerate the small MavAir. The Phantom would be more annoying.
In general it is correct to avoid nests.

I make pictures instead of taking pictures. Regarding flying too close to the nest, here is the original picture. I cropped it to make a beautiful photograph of nesting birds using the rule of thirds. You may also notice that the two nesting birds pushed their sibling out of the nest, to die on the shoreline. Which do you think I should have posted, the original pic, or the processed? Not all is as it seems in photography.
